While this might be a source of joy or dread for some, it\u2019s not too late to get together a fresh outfit for the festivities. Simple and totally easy to create, a leather headband with cat ears is just the right choice.<\/p>\n

Maegan Tintari of …loveMaegan.com crafted a super easy to follow DIY Leather Cat Ears Headband tutorial. All you’ll need in the way of materials is black leather, pinking shears, a revolving leather hole punch, a stretchy headband comb and needle and thread.<\/p>\n

First, cut out the cat ears from the leather fabric, about 2.5″ wide by 2.5″ tall at the point. Next, sew a few stitches through the bottom to create a three dimensional shape, and secure them with a knot. Using the leather hole punch, space out four holes along the bottom of each. Then, try on the headband and decide where your ears will be attached. Put the spikes of the headband through the bottom holes of the ears, and you’re finished! We told you it was going to be super easy. Now, get ready to pair them with a catsuit for a meow-valous look!<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re really crunched for time, check out Gina Michele\u2019s DIY Leather Halloween Cat Ears tutorial. When we say it’s easy, we’re not kidding. She only used four materials, a headband, one pipe cleaner, some glue and leather fabric, but the results are fabulous.<\/p>\n

  1. First, she took the pipe cleaner and cut it in half.<\/li>\n
  2. Next, she attached the pipe cleaners to the headband and formed triangular shapes for the cat ears.<\/li>\n
  3. After that, she glued the leather fabric on each ear.<\/li>\n
  4. While you wait for it to dry, take this as a perfect opportunity to get together your final outfit.<\/li>\n
  5. After everything has dried, trim the leather so it creates a triangular shape around the pipe cleaners.<\/li>\n
  6. Cut out more leather fabric for the back part of the ears, and glue in place.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
