For materials, you&#8217;ll need <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mjtrends.com\/products.Black,Faux-Leather,Fabric\">faux leather\u00a0fabric<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mjtrends.com\/products.Extra-sharp-80,Sewing-Needles,Notions\">needles<\/a> that can handle leather types of fabric, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mjtrends.com\/products.Black,7-inch,non-separating,nylon,Zippers,5241\">matching zipper<\/a>, sewing machine, scissors, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mjtrends.com\/categories-Tape-measure,Notions\">measuring tape<\/a> and pins.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">First start off by using your measuring tape and a light marker to mark the dimensions on your fabric.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Once you&#8217;ve measured it out, fold over once to create a pleat. You&#8217;ll need to repeat this several times and pin carefully in order to create the desired pleated effect.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">After you&#8217;ve\u00a0finished your pleats, it&#8217;s time to iron.
