What is the best glue to use for latex?

I have heard of people using anything from shoe goo (can buy in k-mart) thinned out with cement thinner, to rubber adhesive that you buy in bike stores.

I have seen on mjtrends that you are planning to release your own brand of latex glue - any idea when it will be available for purchase?
