Kendall Jenner Latex Halloween 2016

kendall-jenner-black-latex-dress-for-halloween-featuredKendall Jenner certainly knows how to command attention. This year, the twenty-year-old Jenner opted for a latex Halloween costume while heading out to Kate Hudson’s party.

Kendall wore a skintight latex number with quite a revealing neckline. Featuring a plunging v-neck design, Jenner accessorized with a cinched corset at her waist, a thick band of black choker necklaces and thigh high fishnet stockings.

To complete her look, she went for a pair of shiny PVC covered platform boots. To give her look a fun twist, she styled her hair into chic mini buns and went for a heavy, vamp-inspired makeup look.

For her social media posts, she posed with a bloody looking syringe to capture the creepy Halloween spirit. Latex has been a celebrity favorite this year, with everyone from Kim Kardashian to Beyonce sporting the trend.

The whole look feels like a blend of edgy street style and costume, especially with the mini buns softening what could have been overly dramatic.

Finley Hart

Her social media photos with the syringe added just enough theatrics to justify the outfit as Halloween rather than just a night-out look.

Emerson Gray

I liked how the mini buns balanced out the intensity of the latex and heavy vamp makeup, otherwise it could have felt too severe for a Halloween look.

Hayden Sloane

The mini buns were a smart styling choice because they added a playful touch to an otherwise very intense and sultry outfit.

Blair Sutton

What stood out was how she kept the color palette mostly black, letting the textures like latex, fishnet, and PVC do all the work visually.

Parker Jules

The thick black choker stacked with the corset really emphasized her waist and neckline, making the whole silhouette feel very intentional rather than just tight latex.

Blair Sutton

Mixing fishnet stockings with latex can sometimes look overdone, but here it worked because everything stayed within the same dark palette.

Avery Morgan

It’s interesting how latex has become such a mainstream celebrity trend, and Kendall’s version feels more wearable compared to some of Kim Kardashian’s more extreme looks.

Quinn Avery

Compared to other celebrity latex looks this year, this one feels more balanced and thought-out, especially with how the hair and makeup tied everything together.

Parker Jules

That plunging V-neck with the corset detail really pushed the whole latex look into high fashion territory rather than just costume, which is probably why it stood out at Kate Hudson’s party.

Jamie Brooks

The plunging neckline could have been too much, but pairing it with layered chokers made it feel more styled and less revealing for the sake of it.

Jordan Blake

The combination of thigh-high fishnets with those shiny PVC platform boots felt very deliberate, almost like she was mixing textures to keep the outfit from looking flat.

Reese Palmer

Using the bloody syringe prop in her social posts was a clever way to bring in the Halloween element, since the outfit itself leaned more glam than spooky.

Avery Morgan

I think the boots were key here, since the platform and PVC finish made the look feel more fashion-forward rather than costume-store obvious.

Sydney Lane

Seeing her lean into latex like this makes sense given how many celebrities, like Beyonce, have been experimenting with the material lately.

Morgan Ellis

Her makeup choice really sold the look for me, especially paired with the slick latex, since the vampy tones tied everything into that Halloween vibe.

Cameron Vale

I appreciate that she didn’t over-accessorize beyond the chokers and corset, since the textures already gave the outfit plenty of visual interest.

Blair Sutton

That cinched corset over latex is not something you see often, but it added structure and made the outfit feel more styled than just a bodysuit.

Drew Collins

I’m surprised how cohesive the whole outfit looked considering how many bold elements were involved, from fishnets to PVC boots to that dramatic neckline.
