I've made a full suit before and in the process of making another one. The first one was in gray and orange with a zip in the front. It wasn't too difficult - just time consuming. My next one that I'm working on is in MJT transparent blue. Just have to cut out the pieces and get them glued together. Possibly over my Christmas break. Going to attempt a zip on the shoulders/sleeves.
