Sewng with stretch vinyl

Hi all! I'm sewing a bodysuit using the pattern here on MJTrends with their white 4-way stretch vinyl. I've picked up a few things in different forum posts, and I wanted to run down them here to make sure I'm understanding things correctly -- definitely don't want to mess this stuff up! The vinyl is .45mm thick, and I've read to not use heavy duty thread or a leather needle since it isn't upholstery vinyl. Will regular all purpose thread and the 90/14 stretch needles offered here do the trick, or are there better options?

Another part of the costume is made with .15mm clear vinyl with no stretch. Any suggestions as to what needle/thread to use for it would be wonderful.
