Making a Vinyl Animal for Burning Man

Hello,

I am interested in making a tardigrade (a microscopic animal) that I can sit on for the upcoming Burning Man festival. 

The plan is to build one that I can fill with packaging peanuts and attach to a motorized skateboard to ride in the desert.

I know its a far stretch, but if anyone has any insight to working with vinyl material and if you think the glue will hold feel free to write me. 

*** first time working with the stuff but im excited to see where it goes!
