Hi Maya,

You don't necessarily needs courses specific to latex pattern making.  Latex is a 4-way stretch material and any courses related to 4-way stretch fabrics will transmit to working with latex.

You most likely won't find anything specific to latex pattern making, but the skills and knowledge that you take way from working with stretch fabrics, swimwear patterns, etc will grow your abilities to create your own latex patterns.

I'd start there and then see where you get.  Best of luck!
