Does anyone know if I can glue strecy vynil to latex?

I love how https://mjtrends.com/products.Iridescent-Silver,Stretch-PVC,Fabric this looks, and was wondering if its possible to add an applique on a latex suit. TYSM in advance!

You could use an epoxy based adhesive but it would not dry to a flexible bond.  If using that method you would want to glue to shiny side of the vinyl to the latex.  Fabric glue will not work and rubber cement will not glue to vinyl.

Do you have more details on what you are trying to do?
