Measure Pillow

Measure the width and height of the pillow you will be covering.

Cut the Metallic Pink Snakeskin Fabric

Cut 1 piece of fabric that is 1 inch wider and 1 inch taller than your pillow (this is the Front piece). Cut 2 pieces of fabric that are 1 inch taller than the pillow and 1/2 the width of your pillow plus 2 inches (these are the rear peices).

Cut round corners

Using a cup or other round object, draw a rounded edge onto each of the 4 corners of the front piece and the 2 outer corners of the rear peices. Cut out the rounded corner.

Finish edges of rear panels

Stitch a 1/4 inch seam on the side of the rear panels that does not have the rounded corners.

Sew rear panel to front

Pin one rear corner to the front peice matching up the rounded corners. Pin front side to front side (metallic pink snakeskin sides should be together). Sew the two pieces together using a 1/4 inch seam and a zig zag stitch. Repeat for the other rear panel. Ensure that the second rear panel overlays the first rear panel by 2 inches and that you sew over the overlay.
