We came across Lori’s work with latex fashions after she reached out to us through our Facebook page. Lori hails from sunny Malibu, California and has been working with latex for over 5 years.
She’s created both stunning designs for people and she also specializes in latex doll clothing. You can see her work all over the web and in print. Her designs are featured in Cat’s Meow – available on Google Books.
As a small business owner, Lori is a savvy marketer with YouTube videos featuring her doll designs in stop motion action, an Etsy shop, and a very active Facbook page with over 6,600 followers.
Lori’s has an incredible eye for color combinations including mixing and matching transparent latex with opaque. Her attention to detail is unparalleled – her designs featuring o-rings, buckles, zippers, and other accoutrements that you rarely find in latex fashion.
Some of her designs are featured below.

I liked the note about her work appearing in Cat’s Meow on Google Books, since it shows she’s not just active online but also getting recognized in print.
Her use of hardware like o-rings, buckles, and zippers feels pretty uncommon in latex pieces, and it’s cool to see that level of detail highlighted here.
I didn’t realize she had over 6,600 Facebook followers until reading this, but it makes sense given how distinctive her color combinations are, especially the transparent and opaque layering.
The mention of her stop motion YouTube videos for the doll clothing really stood out to me, since that’s a creative way to showcase latex beyond typical fashion photography.
Interesting that she’s been working with latex for over five years and still manages to keep things fresh, especially with those bold Malibu-inspired color mixes.
The combination of running an Etsy shop, maintaining a big Facebook presence, and producing videos makes her sound like a really savvy small business owner, not just a designer.
