Tinting Clear PVC fabric

Hello, I am trying to get yellow tinted clear fabric similar to this shirt http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GM4Cyc3L91g I\'ve not been able to find any for sale, so is there any way to tint clear fabric to make it look yellow?
