XXX-MAS Stockings

The holidays are here and I'm tired of the same ol' decor so decided to kink things up for the season. Here's what is going over the fireplace mantel this year. These are the high-heel, knee-high boot stockings made from red and black patent vinyl from MJTrends.

Mine is the black one, obviously hers is the red one. Here they are on the mantel filled with goodies and a little crazy eyed kitty cat...cause she loves kitties :)

I would've liked to do a more 3 dimensional pattern but these are just two flat  pieces of patent vinyl sewn together. But to give it some dimension around the foot I put polyfill stuffing (used for stuffed animals) up to around the ankle and placed a cheap chopstick in the heel to give it support and make it poke downward. Otherwise, the heel was curling up underneath and didn't look right.
