Hi Iak0pa,

You can re-attach a latex bow to a latex garment in a couple different ways.  If you need a flexible and stretchable bond, you should use one of the two latex adhesives from MJTrends:

Or, if you want a bond that is super-strong but isn't flexible and might harden after drying, then you could use an epoxy glue from your local hardware store.  I recommend any of the epoxies that will work with rubber like this one:
