How to make a latex neck seal?

Hello i am interested in how you would go about making a latex neck seal for like an inflatable or deflatable Suit. I just cant figure out what kind of pattern to start with on a flat sheet. Please help!

I would look for a wetsuit pattern.  They typically fit tight and have a high neck (great for transferring to latex construction).
