What should we draft next?

The prize

$50 of fabric from the MJTrends site (in-stock, at the listed price) plus one custom-fit pattern print from the current catalog, cut to the winner’s measurements. Shipping of the print follows the usual pattern shipping. This is not a promise that we will draft the submitted idea as a new pattern — though we may, later, if it fits the line.

How to enter

• One idea is enough. Words, photos, sketches, or a link all count.
• Original garments only. No licensed characters, logos, or copies of someone else’s pattern.
• Think in terms of a sewable piece we could grade to custom measurements, using fabric we actually sell.
• You must be 18 or older. No purchase necessary.
• Up to three entries per email. One winner.

Submit an idea

Rules, short version

• Skill contest, not a random drawing. MJTrends staff pick the idea we would most want to sew next.
• Judging: sewable with our catalog, complete enough to understand, original, useful to more than one customer.
• Prize has no cash value and is not transferable. Fabric is chosen from in-stock goods at listed prices. We will not invent a discount on full-price goods to stretch the $50.
• Winner contacted by email. If we do not hear back in 7 days, we pick the next shortlisted entry.
• Void where prohibited. This is not legal advice; it is how this round will be run.
