Whether or not you’re a fan of Katy Perry’s music, you have to admire her wardrobe.  She has some of the most fun and inspiring latex dresses and outfits around.  The designers she has worked with have done an excellent job embodying her style of youthful playfulness and sexiness – two qualities that can be hard to mix.
