Designer Review: Peccatum Amor Latex

yellow-latex-sheeting-for-dresses-featuredFifty percent “all eyes on me” and one hundred percent edgy, Peccatum Amor Latex is a daring designer who utilizes rubber latex sheeting. With an impeccable attention to detail, Peccatum Amor Latex has created bold and abstract latex projects. For Auxiliary Magazine, model Ana Sanchez Lareu posed wearing a latex outfit with tiny scales in black and silver.

Looking totally unique, the creation featured a silver latex headdress crafted from textured scales. The model donned a small capelet of latex scales, connecting to a sleeveless dress with a slimming corset shape. The image looks gritty yet glam, and the latex design is completely one of a kind.

A second image features model Allie Schell sporting a yellow latex dress with feminine details. The bumblebee colored dress featured a bronze trim and rows of flirty, voluminous details like frills. Matching the bold color scheme, the bubble-gum pink haired model sported a tri color eye of pink, blue and yellow and a pair of spiked stilettos.

Take a peek at the wild looks from Peccatum Amor Latex’s Model Mayhem portfolio. The designer opted for head turning looks, like a fitted red latex dress with a heart cut-out detail and a high waisted pencil skirt with a cute ribbon attachment. Always ready to go all out, the models look dressed to kill with these envy-inducing latex looks.

I liked how the yellow dress with bronze trim leaned playful instead of severe, and the tri-color eye makeup with spiked stilettos pushed it into that over-the-top, editorial territory the article describes.

The black and silver scaled look with the sculpted headdress really stood out to me; it manages to feel both armored and elegant, especially with the corset silhouette anchoring all that texture.
