Does anyone know if I can glue strecy vynil to latex?

Ammonia based glue

Anyone working with the ammonia based glue that can provide some tips? So far it's been horrible to work with, it's just liquid Latex which gives me a lot of residue on the edges and cleaning it usually ends up with lumps...

I'm not sure why you are getting clumps.  My guess is that you are letting the adhesive sit for too long...
