We have started doing some spring cleaning and updated our clearance fabrics. These are one-of-a-kind sale items that were either end-of-roll, customer returns, or have other minor defects.
Once an item has sold it is gone forever, so take advantage of pricing that is way below market. We have a little bit of everything including spandex, 4-way stretch vinyl, 2-way stretch PVC, and faux leather fabrics.
The only items missing from our clearance section are our leather hides, and we simply haven’t gotten around to listing those. Stand by, as we expect to have leather hides on our clearance section by the end of March.
In other news, we are working hard on our 3rd iteration of our custom pattern drafting software, and this latest variation will allow for additional capabilities such as adding notches, setting grain lines, and shortening the amount of time it takes to create a custom sewing pattern.
We are also restocking our latex sheeting, as you may have noticed that certain colors are currently low or out of stock. The same goes for our 4-way stretch vinyl and clear plastic material. We will restocking those two categories of fabrics, as well as adding new colors in the coming months.
New thicknesses and patterns of our clear vinyl are currently being planned including polka dot, pinstripe, dark grey color, and neon yellow. We’d love to get your feedback on what you would like – send us an email to let us know: sales@MJTrends.com
Lastly, laser latex designs should be available by the end of March to early April. If you have ordered swatches from us you may have noticed that our brochure mentions laser latex lace, appliques, and custom designs.
The laser lace latex will be available first. We plan to sell latex lace by the yard. Latex appliques will come later in the year, and we hope to add the capability for you to design your own by the end of 2020.

The update on the custom pattern drafting software sounds promising, especially the ability to add notches and grain lines which should save a lot of manual work.
Nice to hear you’re shortening the time it takes to create custom sewing patterns; that’s been a bottleneck for me when working with stretch PVC projects.
Looking forward to the restock of 4-way stretch vinyl and clear plastic, since those seem to sell out quickly whenever I need them.
Really interested in the upcoming addition of leather hides to clearance, even if they’re not listed yet—end of March can’t come soon enough.
It’s helpful that you explained why leather hides aren’t in clearance yet instead of leaving people guessing, and I’ll definitely keep an eye out for that update.
Curious how the laser latex lace by the yard will compare to traditional lace in terms of stretch and durability.
Nice touch inviting feedback via email, since it makes it feel like customer input actually shapes which colors and patterns get released.
Appreciate the transparency about what’s coming next, especially with new thicknesses of clear vinyl being planned alongside patterns.
The note about minor defects and customer returns is helpful, since it sets expectations while still making the deep discounts on spandex and faux leather feel worth checking out.
The planned new clear vinyl options like polka dot and pinstripe sound fun, and the dark grey and neon yellow could open up some cool design ideas.
Seeing that laser latex designs are expected between late March and early April gives a clear timeline, which helps with planning upcoming projects.
Good call mentioning the low stock on latex sheeting colors, I was wondering why some options disappeared recently.
The mention of future latex appliques and even custom design capability is exciting, that could really expand what people can create.
Glad to see the clearance section refreshed, especially with one-of-a-kind end-of-roll pieces; I’ve scored some great 4-way stretch vinyl deals before and love that prices are way below market.
The spring cleaning angle makes sense, and it’s a smart way to move end-of-roll inventory while giving customers a deal.
I appreciate the heads-up that once these clearance items are gone, they’re gone forever; it definitely pushes me to browse sooner rather than later.
I like that the clearance section includes a mix of materials like spandex, PVC, and faux leather rather than just leftovers of one category.
