I'm sewing a piece of 2 way stretch pvc onto a piece of 4 way stretch pvc. Should I make the stretch on the 2 way stretch piece go vertical or horizontal?

Your best bet is to have the 2-way stretch pvc fabric stetching parallel with your seam. You will need to try...
