Iridescent 4-way Stretch Fabric

A little over a year ago we began stocking vinyl fabric with an iridescent coating that gives it the ability to reflect a rainbow of colors. What started with a couple fabrics, now includes the following:

While the high gloss and shine of both our spandex and vinyl fabrics are eye-catching, the iridescent coating adds another element that will both attract the eye but also create a visual delight that holds peoples gaze.

Spandex has an excellent amount of stretch and is the perfect material for dance-wear, gymnastics, leotards, leggings, and swimwear, but our 4-way stretch vinyl is not far behind in terms of how much the material stretches, thereby making it a good candidate for the same above use cases. Four-way stretch vinyl glossy fabric offers a lot of flexibility, which makes this even more important when you have to create a stretch-based design. Some people refer to the material as “liquid latex” but is not actually made out of latex. This synthetic rubber-like product is very stretchy andoft but it is actually made from a combination of elastane, vinyl P/U (polyurethane), and polyester.
